February was an unusual month here at Jack Ross – for instead of the usual one Employee of the Month winner, we had four individuals singled out for praise by their colleagues. 

We are very proud to congratulate Adam Backler, Maya Ricca-McCarthy, Connor Mottershead and Jacob Walters for sharing this month’s award.

Adam has been recognised for training staff members on overlap relief and providing mentorship for his team on difficult projects. He has been supportive, and improved our client communication procedures. Thank you Adam!

Maya has been proactive in her tasks and shown initiative when required in order to get the job done. During a recent problem with HMRC and communication, she worked diligently to resolve the issue for our client and her hard work has not gone unnoticed. Thank you Maya!

Connor has shown exceptional leadership and teamwork qualities throughout February, helping simplify complex processes for his colleagues. He has shown integrity and great empathy in helping them with their tasks, aiding their professional development in a positive way. Thank you Connor!

Jacob has been assisting apprentice trainees with various tasks over the past month. He is always approachable and ready to help, no matter how complex the request. This commitment to his colleague’s education is admirable and has been recognised as such by his co-workers. Thank you Jacob!
