December was a busy month for everyone. We had a lot of hard work to do whilst also wanting to enjoy the festivities leading up to Christmas.
Our staff have been voting and we have a winner for the December employee of the month. The winner is….
Kate Partington!
Throughout the month of December Kate was our very own Jack Ross Christmas Elf! This was one of the reasons she was voted Employee of the month. Whilst maintaining her workload within admin and marketing, Kate was also able to arrange the company Secret Santa and Christmas Jumper Day. This is no easy feat when many staff are still working from home.
However, Kate managed to pull it off and kept the Christmas Magic alive at Jack Ross this year. As a result, everyone got a great Secret Santa gift and we raised £60 with our festive jumpers and the cakes kindly baked by the Christmas Elf herself.
Throughout December Kate was able to get all the work done which was assigned to her. She always works really hard and is willing to help wherever possible. December is a really busy month and so her ability to balance her day-to-day jobs with the December rush was a big part in why she’s been voted employee of the month.
Thanks for all the hard work, Kate! Keep it up for 2022!
