It’s time to celebrate our June Employee of the Month. It has been another busy month here at Jack Ross. Our staff have been voting once again and we have a winner.
The June winner is… Connor Mottershead!
Connor received a few votes in June from his colleagues for a few different reasons.
He was voted for his brilliant organisation skills and always using his initiative. Connor is very good at managing his own workload with numerous clients to work with. Despite this he also provides a high quality service at all times. He does this despite also having to make time for his studies. He has great organisation skills which allow him to plan his day out. This means all his work is completed to a high standard in a timely manner.
In addition to this he is always willing to help other members of the team when they require it. Connor has been especially helpful with new starters and has an extensive knowledge of our systems. He is always happy to share this knowledge with those who need it when starting their career here at Jack Ross.
A special note which was made about Connor, and why he was voted employee of the month, is that he has recently passed his exams. This is a great achievement, and we all offer a big congratulations to him for this too.
Connor is a great addition to the team and always brings a positive and hard working attitude to the office. This always reflects well on the more junior staff and has made returning to the office much easier for his colleagues.
