Things are getting festive in the Jack Ross office. The tree is up, and the tinsel is out, but our staff are still working hard through our busiest period. We have all been voting for our employee of the month for November.
The votes are in, and our winner is….
Jennifer Lovick!!!
Jen actually tied for the winning vote this month but due to her hard work, our managing partner decided to give his vote to Jen to give her this month’s trophy!
During November her colleagues noted that Jen had been working hard on her jobs and maintaining her service to our clients. She is always busy but never shies away from helping other people. Whilst helping other people, Jen always keeps on top of her own work.
The admin team gave praise to Jen for always being on hand to answer any questions they might have. Whether generic or client specific Jen will always try her best to help out. She never complains when asked to help out with something. Jen is an excellent problem solver and works well with her colleagues if there is ever a query that needs sorting.
Jen is a great member of the team and has a great relationship with everyone. She always takes part in the social events that are planned which helps her to create and maintain excellent relationships with all of her colleagues. Her personality shines through and makes for a wonderful friend and asset to the company.
During November we approach our busiest time of year and Jen is always in the office with a smile on her face, lifting the office atmosphere with her laugh. This also applies to her interactions with clients which puts them at ease when discussing and queries they have.
