Please click on the image to the right to download our remote support software. You will be prompted to Run or Save the file. Please select Run, then agree to any further prompts that appear on your screen. This will allow our staff to be able to view your screen and provide assistance for the duration of the call.
Once the call completes, the passwords are reset and nobody else will be able to dial in without repeating this process.
