Covid 19

This section of our website is to keep businesses and sole traders updated on the government help to ease cash-flow during the coronavirus crisis.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Jack Ross has enabled the option of working from home for most our staff ensure safety and continuity of service for clients. Like many businesses and individuals we are minimising our face to face contact. Our Manchester office remains open, but most of our staff are now based at home.

The main telephone line will be answered, but we prefer that you send an email to your main Jack Ross contact where possible. Staff have access to emails and our systems, although there may be times when information or documents on files may not be available immediately.

We will continue to deal with post, however we do request that whenever possible documents are provided electronically and that paperwork is not hand-delivered without making specific prior arrangements with us. Where possible, we ask that clients email documents to us.

Where you need to send a large number of documents (for example receipts for VAT returns) please us our JRinbox facility. If you currently do not use the JRinbox facility, please email your usual contact at Jack Ross and they will give you more details.
