Josh Lamb was named Employee of the Month for April 2026, with colleagues pointing to his work on the firm’s move to new payroll software and on pensions.
One nomination singled out his “great work with the payroll migration to Moneysoft”. Another said he had “been very helpful getting through the pensions”.
Colleagues also described him as an advocate for the team and a role model, someone who works well with others and takes responsibility for his work.
