Mouna Alia, from the admin team, was named Employee of the Month for December 2025 after colleagues praised the support she gives to new starters and to the wider office.
The nominations used plain words. Colleagues called Mouna “an excellent member of admin”, “always there to support” and “always quick to help”.

Colleagues mentioned her efficiency and positive outlook, and one noted that whenever they write up a process for the firm’s internal guides, Mouna provides the screenshots they need.
She was also singled out for being great at training new staff.
