Emily Suggitt joined Jack Ross in January 2026 and was named Employee of the Month in both February and March, first for a quick start on client work and then for seeing an internal archiving project through properly.
February: a quick start
The February nominations pointed the same way. Emily had “made a good start on bookkeeping, VAT returns and payrolls” and was “making a good start to her JR career”.
Each of those three areas has its own software, routines and deadlines, and a new starter usually needs time to get comfortable with them. Emily picked them up quickly enough that the people working alongside her said so in writing.
March: the archiving project
In March, every nomination pointed to her work on the archive. One colleague called it “great work with the archiving project”, another recognised her for keeping it going, and colleagues praised the good attitude she kept throughout.
