Taylor Smith earned November 2025’s Employee of the Month recognition for taking on new work with confidence and communicating clearly with clients and colleagues.
Her nominations picked out initiative, the quality of her work and the professional way she approaches every responsibility.
Taking on new work
Taylor’s VAT returns drew excellent feedback from the managers who review them, and she made a good start on preparing payrolls.
In November she also worked on her first combined jobs. She picked up the phone to clients to chase information, and asked colleagues for help when she needed it.
She keeps notes as she learns, recording new processes and the parts of the systems and third-party software she has not used before, such as different pension providers. Colleagues also said she picks up tasks from her peers and takes feedback on board.
