Nathaniel Sheahan-Gay was named Employee of the Month for October 2025, recognised by colleagues for being proactive with his own work and generous with his time for theirs.
His nominations described someone who deals with regular work and client queries proactively and takes responsibility for his actions. Colleagues also called him an advocate for the team and a role model, and recognised his innovation.
Help when colleagues need it
Much of the praise was about help given to others. Colleagues thanked him for support with payroll and VAT work, for help finishing audits, and for assistance with accounting software on a client project. One put it simply: he is “always helpful”.
