Colleagues recognised Aalia Rangrez as Employee of the Month for September 2025 for standing up for the team, keeping work moving and helping the people around her succeed.
The nominations came from across the firm and shared a theme. Aalia was described as an advocate for the team and a role model for how to work with other people. One colleague put it simply: Aalia is “consistently busy but handles it like a boss”.
Keeping the work moving
Much of the praise was practical. Aalia tracks how jobs are progressing and resolves issues before they hold anyone up. She communicates clearly, which improves the workflow for everyone who depends on her, and she manages a wide range of responsibilities at once without letting standards slip.
Colleagues also pointed to accountability. When Aalia takes something on, she sees it through.
Above all, colleagues said Aalia helps the people around her succeed as well as doing her own work well.
