Colleagues described how Casey took on additional responsibilities during the absence and kept things moving. She was also recognised for helping others with client follow-ups, for being a strong team player and for how well she has done since joining the firm.
Colleagues had already noticed that she gets stuck in immediately, asks when unsure, researches things herself and comes with solutions. She handles incoming calls on her own, and she did not give up on a difficult call with HMRC.
