Once again, colleagues recognised Aalia Rangrez for guiding people through unfamiliar work and owning her own work from start to finish. She is Jack Ross Employee of the Month for June 2026, and the reasons her colleagues gave will be familiar to anyone who read about her September 2025 award.

Every nomination described Aalia as an excellent role model: someone who sets the standard the rest of the team wants to match. Colleagues also called her a genuine advocate, who speaks up for the team and champions the people around her, and a real team player whose collaborative approach lifts everyone she works with.
Two examples came up. She is always ready to help with a query, no matter how busy her own desk is. And when new kinds of job land, she guides colleagues through them so that nobody feels left on their own.
Nominations also called her innovative and dependable: she brings fresh thinking and owns her work from start to finish.
